Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TIKNIK purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at fxtiaa2024@outlook.com to initiate an exchange.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
